Le Grande Jewels

Ordering my jewelry is simple.  You can either contact me, letting me know what you have in mind, or select one of the options available in my Etsy shop.  Please refer to this page to see if at any given time I am able to take on new custom jewelry projects.  Most of the time I am free to do so, but if I am in the midst of a current project, you will see this indicated to the right.

Turnaround Times

 

Here is a list of estimated turnaround times so you have an idea of how long it will take for me to produce your custom jewelry:

Full Jewelry Sets:  3 to 5 Weeks

​

Necklace/Earring Sets:  3 Weeks

​

Bracelet/Earrings/Ring Sets:  2 to 3 Weeks

​

Necklace Only:  2 to 3 Weeks

​

Bracelet Only:  2 weeks

​

Earrings Only:  1.5 to 2 Weeks

​

Rings Only:  1.5 to 2 Weeks

​

The above estimations are calculated by the time it takes to order the materials, have them shipped to me and for my production time.

Payment:

​

Custom jewelry orders must be paid for prior to the work being done.  Payment may be made through one of my Etsy listings, or I can email you a PayPal invoice.  Either way, secure credit card transactions are offered.  

 

You are also welcome to pay by personal/business check or money order.  Checks must be cleared before parts are ordered.  Checks or Money Orders must be made payable to:  Mark Thaler and sent to me at:  234 Broadway, Unit D, Millbrae, CA 94030.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only allowed up to the point where parts have been received by me by my vendors for your custom jewelry, but not once production has begun.  If you do need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible.

Returns/Refunds:

​

While I'm sure you will be thrilled with my creations, Returns/Refunds are only allowed for pieces which I have already created that were purchased from my Etsy shop.  Custom Jewelry is non-returnable, however, if you are not satisfied with what I have created for you, I will work with you and do everything within my power to see to it that you are satisfied, which includes any requested alterations.  My goal is to make sure that you are pleased with the investment you have made.
